Maui Sunriders made our cycling experience on Maui absolutely outstanding! We rented three bikes, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about cycling. The quality of the bikes was exceptional. They were well-maintained, reliable, and rode beautifully throughout our trip. Their customer service was equally impressive, from the easy rental process to answering all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. If you’re looking for top-notch bikes and outstanding service in Maui, I can’t recommend Maui Sunriders highly enough. We’ll definitely rent from them again on our next visit.

Everything about my experience was top notch. I got to the shop right at 9am and was out the door in 10min after having the bike adjusted for me. I went with the top-end Trek and loved it! I rode the West loop and stopped for banana bread in Kahakoula. My favorite section was after Honolua Bay when the road narrows and there are much fewer cars. It was the best way to explore the beautiful island of Maui.

I rented a Trek carbon fiber road bike from Maui Sunriders to ride up Haleakalā and had a great experience from start to finish. The bike was in perfect condition (it even had electronic shifting!) and was ready to go for me when I arrived to pick it up. I really appreciate that I could pick it up the day before so I could get an early start. The team was really helpful and also encouraging when I expressed how nervous I was to do the climb. They made sure the fit was right, put my own pedals on for me, answered all my questions, and just made the whole process feel seamless and low-stress. I’d absolutely rent from them again!

Excellent all the way around!! I normally bring my own bike, however, I was on Maui on Monday and the wind was really strong, I had to be back on Thursday and I decided to rent a bike if the weather was going to be ok. Luckily it was so I got a Giant TCR for the 74 mile ride the next morning. The staff was extremely helpful, fitting was quick and Jeff was very helpful by providing a headlight. Paperwork was standard.. The bike was great, comfortable and the shifting could not have been smoother which is probably my biggest concern when doing long rides with plenty of elevation. Ill be back next week and if the weather is good, I shall see them again. Thanks again for the great service guys!!

We rented the Giant TCR Advanced carbon road bikes and took them on the West Maui Loop (epic!!) and Iao Valley (beautiful!). The RideWithGPS routes were conveniently listed on their website for easy download to our Garmins. At pick up/drop off, staff were quick, friendly, and flexible with us. Both bikes rode smoothly for the entirety of the rental. I would definitely rent from them again. Mahalo Maui Sunriders!! 🤙
